Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between Paquita Pilates Reformer GbR ("Studio" or "we") and customers ("customer" or "you") for the use of Pilates classes, sessions and services.

Conflicting, differing or supplementary terms of the customer do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed in writing.

2. Contract Conclusion

Booking classes or purchasing packages constitutes a binding offer by the customer. The contract is concluded through the studio's written confirmation or by providing the booked service.

For online bookings, confirmation is sent automatically via email with all relevant details.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable.

Payment is due in advance when booking or purchasing a package. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website.

In case of default of payment, the studio reserves the right to refuse service or cancel services already rendered.

4. Bookings and Participation

Classes can be booked online via our website. Participation requires a valid booking.

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when booking. In case of health restrictions, a doctor should be consulted before participation.

The studio reserves the right to exclude participants from classes in case of inappropriate behavior.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Cancellation by the customer: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class start. If cancelled on time, payments or used credits are refunded. No refund is made for later cancellations.

Cancellation by the studio: If the studio cancels, all payments or used credits are fully refunded.

Right of withdrawal: For online purchases of packages, consumers have a right of withdrawal according to legal provisions. The withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion. The right of withdrawal lapses if the studio has fully provided the service and the customer expressly agreed that the studio begins before the end of the withdrawal period.

Further information on withdrawal can be found in our withdrawal policy.

6. Liability

The studio is liable only for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless an essential contractual obligation is violated.

Participation in Pilates classes is at your own risk. The studio assumes no liability for accidents or injuries during classes unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the studio.

If you have health issues or pre-existing conditions, consult a doctor before participating.

7. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on the collection, processing and use of your data can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of performance and jurisdiction, insofar as the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, is the registered office of the studio.

Changes to these T&Cs will be communicated to the customer in good time. If the customer does not object within two weeks of notification, the changes are deemed approved.

If individual provisions of these T&Cs are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
